Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and short-notice cancellations mean we may not have the opportunity to rebook that time for another client.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.

This policy allows us to offer appointments to clients on our waitlist and ensure that our schedule runs efficiently.
